Chicken Fried Rice Recipe:


  • 2 cups cooked and diced chicken
  • 4 cups cooked rice (preferably left over rice)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, corn)
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil


  1. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onions, garlic and green onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper powder, sesame oil and salt. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the cooked rice and toss gently to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot as a main course or side dish.
