Ingredients:
- 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh methi leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the corn starch, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, chaat masala, salt and mix well.
- Add the sliced potatoes and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the coated potatoes and fry for 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat and drain on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
- If desired, add the chopped methi leaves and toss to coat evenly.
