Ingredients:
- 1 cup of grated carrots
- 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
- 2 green chilies

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender, grind together the grated carrots, roasted peanuts, green chilies, ginger, garlic, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, salt, and water until smooth.
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
