Here is a recipe for Raw Banana Onion Fry Curry:

Ingredients:

  • 2 raw bananas, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 onions, finely sliced
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 1 tsp chana dal
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Once they start to splutter, add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Add the onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  3. Add the raw banana cubes and stir well.
  4. Add the red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder. Stir well.
  5. Add enough water to cover the vegetables and bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and let the curry simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the raw bananas are cooked through.
  7. Season the curry with salt to taste and add 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Serve the Raw Banana Onion Fry Curry as a side dish with rice or roti.
