- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the water chestnut flour, Rajgira flour, ghee, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
- Press the dough evenly into a 9-inch tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
