Carrot Radish Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup grated radishes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
  4. Add grated carrots and radishes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  5. Stir fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish. Enjoy!
