Purple Yam cutlets

Purple Yam Cutlets are a delicious and nutritious snack made with purple yam, also known as kand in Hindi, and a variety of spices. The yam is boiled and mashed and then mixed with spices and bread crumbs or flour to bind the mixture. The mixture is then shaped into cutlets and deep-fried or shallow fried to make cutlets. It can be served as a snack or as a side dish with chutneys or sauce.
