Spicy roasted dry Carrot veggie

Spicy Roasted Carrots is a simple and delicious dish made with carrots, spices, and oil. Here is a recipe that you can use as a starting point:

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 carrots, peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1 tsp of chili powder (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the oil, cumin powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add the carrot strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and starting to brown.
